Multi Wire Drawing Machine for drawing wires has a system that is based on Siemens PLC controller S7-300. The complete control of the machine is done by PLC device, as well as the control of all peripheral units, synchronizations of power engines’ speed, the control of the sparking device and winder performance. The system accelerates to the maximum speed of 25m/s, which is a maximum allowed speed on the given machine. The control, parameters input and alarms are entered and shown through Touch Panel.

We remount existing, outdated systems, based on analogue regulation and make them digital by the Siemens PLC device.
